dc.description	The study aimed to figure out and highlighit the rol effectiveness of corporate governance in the limitation of creative accounting practices, the study depended on descriptive analytical method, to achieve the study objectives we have set up and distributed (60) questionnaire on the study population which consisted of university professors and accountants and accounting workers. After receiving questionnaires, we have analyzed them by using SPSS program end EXCEL 2016. Where we found a statistically significant contribution of corporate governance mechanisms in reducing the use of accounting alternatives and also limiting their negative impact on accounting statements and financial statements	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وإبراز دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في الحد من ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية, حيث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بإعداد وتوزيع (60) إستمارة إستبيان على مجتمع الدراسة الذي يتكون من مجموعة من الأساتذة الجامعيين والمحاسبين والعاملين في مجال المحاسبة, وبعد إسترجاع الإستمارات وفرزها, إعتمدنا في تحليل البيانات على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (spss) وبرنامج معالج الجداول الإلكترونية (EXCEL 2016). حيث توصلنا إلى وجود مساهمة لآليات حوكمة الشركات ذات دلالة إحصائية في الحد من إستخدام البدائل المحاسبية وكذا الحد من تأثيرها السلبي على مخرجات مختلف الكشوف والقوائم المالية	en_US
