dc.description	In the subject of our study, we discussed the role of financial analysis in making financial decisions in the economic institution, and to reach the objectives of the study and answer its questions, we relied on collecting information about financial analysis and the financial decision-making process, where the theoretical side of the study was reached, while the practical side we relied on an analytical study The Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management of Tiaret Province. The study relied on several documents and budgets for the years (2017, 2018) with the calculation of various indicators of financial balance and possible financial ratios through which the financial position of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management of the Wilayat of Tiaret was evaluated. It can besaid that through the study it was concluded that the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management of the state Tiaret has a bad financial situation. The study concluded that financial analysisis of great importance in making financial decisions, as itisconsidered the basis of the decision-making process, through diagnosing the financial position of the institution withidentifyingstrengths to enhanceit and weaknesses to avoidit	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تطرقنا في موضوع دراستنا إلى دور التحليل المالي في إتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، إعتمدنا على جمع المعلومات حول التحليل المالي وعملية إتخاذ القرار المالي، حيث تم التوصل إلى الجانب النظري للدراسة أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على دراسة تحليلية لدى ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية تيارت. إعتمدت الدراسة على عدة وثائق وميزانيات لسنوات (2017، 2018) مع حساب مختلف مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية الممكنة والتي تم من خلالها تقييم الوضعية المالية لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية تيارت، ويمكن القول إنه من خلال الدراسة تم التوصل إلى أن ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية تيارت، يمتلك وضعية مالية سيئة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحليل المالي له أهمية كبيرة في إتخاذ القرارات المالية فهو يعتبر أساس عملية إتخاذ القرار، وذلك من خلال تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة مع تحديد نقاط القوة لتعزيزها ونقاط الضعف لتفاديها	en_US
