dc.description	This study aims to clarify the role of fiscal privileges in the development of the agricultural sector as the most important economic sector in which Algeria has great potential to exploit and contribute to the national economy. The study dealt with various bodies that encourage the completion of investment projects through reductions and exemptions granted under the Investment Act, and incentives given to the agricultural sector in particular from the theoretical side. The applied aspect dealt with the study of fiscal concessions granted by the National Investment Development Agency. The study found that fiscal privileges alone do not contribute effectively to the development of agricultural investment due to the difficult nature and risks faced	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دورالامتيازات الجبائية في تطوير القطاع الفلاحي باعتباره أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية التي تمتلك فيه الجزائر إمكانيات كبيرة تحتاج لاستغلالها ومساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني. وقد تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى مختلف الهيئات المشجعة على إنجاز المشاريع الاستثمارية من خلال التخفيضات والإعفاءات التي تمنحها في إطار قانون الاستثمار، والتحفيزات الممنوحة للقطاع الفلاحي بشكل خاص من الجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تطرقت إلى دراسة الامتيازات الجبائية الممنوحة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الإستثمار. وقد وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الامتيازات الجبائية لوحدها لا تساهم بشكل فعال في تطوير الاستثمار الفلاحي نظراً لطبيعة الصعبة والمخاطر التي تواجهه	en_US
