| Abstract: | إن التسيير الجيد للمؤسسات خاصة الاقتصادية يتطلب اتخاذ قرارات مناسبة في الوقت المناسب، حيث أن عملية اتخاذ القرارات تعد أحد الوظائف الأساسية لإدارة المؤسسة، وتعتبر المحاسبة التحليلية من أهم التقنيات التي يعتمد عليها المسيرون في ذلك من خلال حساب وتحليل التكاليف بطرق عديدة وتوفير المعلومات الملائمة لهم. ومن خلال هذا المنطلق تم السعي إلی إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه المحاسبة التحليلية كأداة فعالة لتحسين القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية عبر القيام بدراسة تطبيقية في مؤسسة انتاج الحليب ومشتقاته – GIPLAIT- بحساب مختلف التكاليف والنتائج المتوقعة بطريقة التكلفة المتغيرة حيث أنها تمكن من تحديد عتبة المردودية وهامش الأمان وكذلك الهامش علی التكلفة المتغيرة الذي يستعمل في اتخاذ القرارات الدورية في المؤسسة. |
| Description: | The good management of institutions, especially economic ones, requires taking appropriate decisions at the right time, as the decision-making process is one of the basic functions of enterprise management, Analytical accounting is considered one of the most important techniques that managers rely on in this, by calculating and analyzing costs in many ways and providing them with appropriate information. In this sense, it was sought to highlight the role played by analytical accounting as an effective tool to improve the decision in the economic institution by conducting an applied study in the milk and its derivatives production institution - GIPLAIT - by calculating the various costs and expected results using the variable cost method, as it enables determining the threshold of profitability and the margin of safety as well as The margin on the variable cost that is used in making periodic decisions in the organization |
