dc.description	This study aims to shed light on the impact of the income tax policy on achieving economic goals, as the income tax is considered an essential tool in the tax policy that encourages foreign and domestic investments in order to achieve economic goals and achieve economic stability. Addressing the concepts related to income tax policy and the second chapter, we conducted a field study at the level of the Tax Directorate of the state of Tiaret, where the necessary data were collected by distributing the questionnaire to a sample of employees and analyzing it using the SPSS statistical package program. Through this research, we concluded that the income tax has an impact on achieving economic goals.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر سياسة الضريبة الدخل في تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية، حيث تعتبر ضريبة الدخل أداة أساسية في سياسة الضريبية التي تقوم بتشجيع الاستثمارات الأجنبية والمحلية من أجل تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية، وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بدء من الفصل الأول الذي تناول المفاهيم المتعلقة بسياسة ضريبة الدخل والفصل الثاني قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مديرية الضرائب لولاية تيارت، حيث تم جمع البيانات اللازمة من خلال توزيع الاستبيان على عينة من الموظفين وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وتوصلنا إلى أن سياسية ضريبة الدخل لها أثر في تحقيقي الأهداف الاقتصادية في المؤسسة.	en_US
