| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وإبراز دور وسائل الدفع الحديثة في انتعاش التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من وسائل الدفع الالكتروني والتجارة الالكترونية و الوقوف على واقع تطبيقهم في الجزائر. حيث حاولنا من خلال دراستنا هذه التعرف على وسائل الدفع الحديثة المتاحة و الأكثر استخداما لدى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية -لوكالة مهدية-، و معرفة فيما يتجلى دورها في تفعيل التجارة الالكترونية، كما لخصت الدراسة على إن انتعاش التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر قائم على مدى تطور و تداول استخدام وسائل الدفع الالكترونية |
| Description: | This study aims to define and highlight the role of modern payment methods in the revival of electronic commerce in Algeria, while highlighting the most important concepts related to both electronic payment methods and electronic commerce and examining the reality of their application in Algeria. Where we tried through our study to identify the modern and available means of payment available to the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank – the Mahdia Agency – and know what is evident in the activation of electronic commerce, the study was concludes that the revival of electronic commerce in Algeria dependson the development and circulation of the use of electronic payment methods |
