dc.description	In view of the growing interest in the areas of insurance and its products, and given its role in protection and security, as well as risk reduction, especially at the economic and social levels, it was necessary to undertake special studies on the ways and mechanisms of insurance, as well as the development and diversification of insurance products, in order to cope with the increased quality and quantity of risks. The study found significant impacts on the financial integrity of Contracting Parties to meet potential risks to enterprises and individuals. Through past data and studies, the insured parties may belong to a complex environment and instability that requires appropriate and compatible procedures and methods that enable the parties to reach the maximum possible protection and ideal coverage of all types of foreseeable hazards or when they occur	en_US
dc.description.abstract	في ظل الاهتمام المتزايد بمجالات التامين ومنتجاته ونظرا لدوره في الحماية والضمان وكذا التقليل من المخاطر وخاصة على الصعيدين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي كان من الضروري القيام بدراسات خاصة تتعلق بطرق وآليات التامين وأيضا تطوير وتنويع المنتجات التأمينية لمجابهة الأخطار المتزايدة كما ونوعا حيث أن شركات التامين تسعى جاهدة لتحقيق هذا المبتغى وذلك بابتكار طرق وإيجاد حلول متوافقة كفيلة لضمان كل ما يعرض من الأخطار بدون أن ينعكس هذا الأخير على الملاءة المالية للمؤسسة المؤمنة وتخفيف وطأة الخسارة على المؤمن له، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود تأثيرات معتبرة لماهية ونوع منتجات التامين المقدمة من شركة التامين تنعكس على السلامة المالية للأطراف المتعاقدة وذلك بفعاليتها تجاه مجابهة الأخطار المحتملة التي قد تتعرض لها المؤسسات والأفراد على سواء. من خلال المعطيات والدراسات السابقة تبين أن الأطراف المؤمن لها قد تنتمي لبيئة معقدة وحالة عدم استقرار تستلزم وجود إجراءات وطرق ملائمة ومتوافقة مع هذه الحالات تمكن الطرفين للوصول إلى أقصى حماية ممكنة وتغطية مثالية لجميع أنواع الأخطار المتوقعة أو حين وقوعها	en_US
