| Résumé: | يتزايد الاهتمام بدراسة موضوع سوق الطاقة الدولي بشكل كبير مؤخرا، كونه يمثل العمود الفقري لاقتصاديات الدول حول العالم وله أثر جد هام فيما يتعلق في تحقيق التنمية والاستقرار الاقتصادي. وتعتبر مصادر الطاقة الناضبة (النفط، الغاز الطبيعي والفحم) المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة العالمية، فهي الأكثر استعمالا وتداولا بين الدول، وتتأثر السوق الدولية للطاقة بعدة عوامل، وخاصة بعد الأحداث الطارئة بالعقد الأخير التي أدت إلى اختلال العرض والطلب لمصادر الطاقة بالسوق. وانطلاقا من هذا قمنا ببناء الإشكالية المحورية التالية '' كيف تطور العرض والطلب في سوق الطاقة الدولي من 2010 لسنة 2022؟ ''. وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية تمت دراسة الإطار النظري للطاقة، مصادرها والعرض والطلب عليها في سوق الطاقة العالمي، وتطرقنا إلى أهم المنظمات والتكتلات الدولية وأهدافها. كما قمنا بدراسة وصفية تحليلية لآخر بيانات الاحتياطيات، الإنتاج والاستهلاك لأبرز مصادر الطاقة. وتم التوصل بآخر الدراسة أن هناك ارتفاع مستمر لمستويات العرض والطلب بالعقد الأخير، رغم العوامل والأحداث المؤثرة عليهما في سوق الطاقة الدولي للفترة الممتدة ما بين 2010-2022. |
| Description: | The Interest of studying the international energy market has increased greatly recently, as it represents the backbone of the economies of countries around the world and has a very important impact on achieving development and economic stability. Fossil energy sources (oil, natural gas and coal) are considered the main sources of global energy, as they are the most widely used and traded among countries. Therefore, this study will address the following main question: “How has supply and demand evolved in the international energy market from 2010 to 2022? ''. In order to answer this question, a theoretical framework about energy is built, its sources, supply and demand in the global energy market. The most important international organizations and blocs of energy and their objectives are studied. We also carried out a descriptive and analytical study of the latest data on reserves, production and consumption of the most important energy sources. Finally, it was concluded at the end of the study that both global supply and demand rates kept rising in the last decade, despite the factors and events affecting them in the international energy market for the period between 2010 and 2022 |
