| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تنشيط الصادرات خارج المحروقات في ظل الأسواق الإفريقية الواعدة كخيار استراتيجي بالنسبة للاقتصاد الجزائري، لان اعتماد هذا الأخير على إيرادات النفط كمورد ناضب تحفه الكثير من المخاطر خاصة في ظل تراجع أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية، ومن هنا تعززت الحاجة لتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري وترقية صادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات والبحث عن أسواق جديدة كإفريقيا ودول الجوار. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لتحليل مختلف الإحصائيات. وقد توصلنا إلى أن نسب الصادرات خارج المحروقات لا تزال ضعيفة جدا مقارنة بالمحروقات رغم الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة لترقية الصادرات والرفع من قيمة التبادل التجاري بين الجزائر وإفريقيا إلا أنها لم ترق للمستوى المطلوب، نظرا لضعف البنية اللوجستية الضرورية لعملية التصدير والمشاكل الأمنية في العديد من البلدان الإفريقية وضعف التنافسية للمنتجات الجزائرية حال دون ذلك.و لكن منذ بداية سنة2021لوحظ تحسن معتبر في ولوج الصادرات الجزائرية نحو إفريقيا مما أعطى نفس جديد للاقتصاد الجزائري في تعزيز التجارة في ظل منطقة التجارة الحرة الإفريقية. |
| Description: | This study aims to high light the importance of simulating non hydrocarbon exports in light of of promising Africain market,as stratigic option for the algerian economic,because this laters dependence on oil revenues as an expired ressources is fraught with many risks especially after the decline in oil prices in the global market , hence the need diversify the algerian economy and promote its exports out side the fuel section and search new market as africa and neighboring countries.the descriptive analytical approch was relied upon to analyze the various statistics ,and we conclueded that the proportion of non hydrocarbone exports are still very weak , compared to hydrocarbons ,despite the sfforts made by the state to promote exports and rasing the value of trade and exchange between Algeria and Africa, but it did not rise to the required level. Due to the weakness of the logistical infrastructure necessary of the exports processes, the security problems in many african countries and the weak competitiveness of algerian products.however since beginning of 2021 significant improvement has been observed the entry of algerian exports to africa which gave a new breath to the algerian economy and strengthened african free trade zone. |
