| dc.description | Algeria is among the countries that strive to attract foreign direct investment, because of its retroactive effect on the Algerian economy, as this study aims to analyze the reality of foreign direct investment in Algeria by presenting the positive aspects that help to attract it, such as the advantages and guarantees approved by the Algerian legislator on the one hand, and presenting the negative aspects as obstacles to foreign direct investment on the other hand, and the study concluded that the Algerian legislator provides everything he can to attract foreign direct investment, through advantages And guarantees, as well as organizing the tasks entrusted to each of the National Investment Council and the Algerian Agency for the Support and Development of Investment, but this is considered insufficient given that some of the determinants of this type of investment in Algeria negatively affect the issue of attracting it, such as the stability of the exchange rate and the stability of inflation rates, as it records a deficit Great in curbing obstacles to attracting foreign direct investment in Algeria. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول التي تسعى جاهدة إلى جذب واستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، ذلك لما له من تأثير رجعي على الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر من خلال عرض الجوانب الإيجابية المساعدة لجذبه كالمزايا والضمانات التي يقرها المشرع الجزائري من جهة، وعرض الجوانب السلبية كمعوقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر من جهة أخرى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشرع الجزائري يتيح كل ما باستطاعته من أجل جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، من خلال المزايا والضمانات وكذا تنظيم المهام المنوطة بكل من المجلس الوطني للاستثمار والوكالة الجزائرية لدعم وتطوير الاستثمار، ولكن هذا يعتبر غير كافي بالنظر إلى أن بعض محددات هذا النوع من الاستثمار في الجزائر تؤثر سلبا على مسألة جذبه على غرار استقرار سعر الصرف واستقرار معدلات التضخم، كما أنه يسجل عجز كبير في كبح معوقات جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر | en_US |
