| Résumé: | سعت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع سوق التأمين والتأمين التكافلي في الجزائر، وبعد الالمام بمختلف الجوانب النظرية المتعلقة بالتأمين التكافلي وبيان الفرق بينه وبين التأمين التقليدي، والتعريف بشركات التأمين التكافلي وبيان أنواعها، الى جانب تحليل تطورات صناعة التأمين التكافلي وسوقه في الجزائر من خلال شركة السلامة للتأمينات الجزائر كونها الشركة الوحيدة الناشطة في القطاع من اجل التعرف على دورها في دعم سوق التأمين في الجزائر، وقد تبين من خلال دراستنا أن دور شركة السلامة تدعم سوق التأمين التكافلي الجزائري لكن بنسبة جد ضعيفة، وهذا يبن لنا ضرورة دعم هذه الصناعة في الجزائر، فهي تواجه العديد من الصعوبات أهمها قلة الكوادر المؤهلة في مجال التأمين التكافلي وانعدام الثقافة التكافلية لدى المواطن الجزائري |
| Description: | This study sought to identify the reality of the insurance and Takaful insurance market in Algeria, and after knowing the various theoretical aspects related to Takaful insurance and explaining the différence between it and traditional insurance, introducing Takaful insurance companies and indicating their types, in addition to analyzing the developments of the Takaful insurance industry and its market in Algeria through the Salama company. Algeria Insurance, being the only company active in the sector, in order to identify its role in supporting the insurance market in Algeria, and it has been shown through our study that the role of the Salama Company supports the Algerian Takaful insurance market, but at a very weak rate, and this shows us the need to support this industry in Algeria, as it is It faces many difficulties, the most important of which is the lack of qualified personnel in the field of Takaful insurance and the lack of Takaful culture among the Algerian citizen |
