dc.description	The issue of supporting and accompanying entrepreneurship in Algeria is one of the important topics, as it was linked to the emergence of several problems and difficulties that impede the financing of entrepreneurial projects, which led to the creation of many mechanisms that aim to kill entrepreneurship. It works to gather a number of young people in investment projects to alleviate unemployment and achieve economic and social development for the state, as it grants financial subsidies through various forms of financing and tax concessions granted to young people	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعد موضوع دعم ومرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر من المواضيع المهمة، حيث ارتبط بظهور عدة مشاكل وصعوبات تعيق تمويل المشاريع المقاولاتية، مما أدى الى خلق العديد من آليات التي تهدف الى دعم المقاولاتية، وتعتبر الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر أحد اهم الهيئات الداعمة للمشاريع المقاولاتية حيث التوصل الى انها تعمل على جمع عدد من الشباب في مشاريع استثمارية للتخفيف من حدة البطالة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدولة، اذ تقوم بمنح الإعانات المالية من خلال الصيغ المختلفة للتمويل والامتيازات الجبائية الممنوحة للشباب	en_US
