| Résumé: | تعالج هذه الدراسة تطبيق صيغة المضاربة في إدارة شركات التأمين التكافلي - دراسة حالة شركة سلامة للتأمينات الجزائر - باعتبار التأمين التكافلي بديلا شرعيا للتأمين التجاري بإجماع الفقهاء وكبرى المرجعيات الإسلامية للفتوى ، وذلك لما للتأمين التكافلي من دور فعال في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية ، وهو يعرف حاليا انتشارا ملفتا للانتباه حتى في الدول الغير الإسلامية . وفي هذا الصدد تناول البحث الإطار النظري لنظام التأمين التكافلي ، مشيرا إلى مجموعة من المفاهيم حول التأمين التكافلي وصولا إلى التعرف على الصيغ المطبقة في شركات التأمين التكافلي لإدارة عملياتها وقوفا على صيغة المضاربة وتطبيقاتها في شركات التأمين التكافلي ، كما تناولها الدراسة المرحلة التالية من البحث لإطار التطبيقي تم التطرق إلى تشخيص واقع تطبيق التأمين التكافلي في شركة سلامة للتأمينات الجزائر من خلال مبحثين ، خصصنا المبحث الأول لصناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر عالجنا فيه دافع وإجراءات توطين التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر، ونظرة عامة حول شركة سلامة للتأمينات الجزائر ، أما المبحث الثاني تطرقنا فيه إلى واقع شركة سلامة للتأمينات في سوق التأمين الجزائري من خلال تقييم أداءها في سوق التأمين الجزائر وهو ما قادنا إلى الوصول إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات التي تم على إثرها تقديم بعض الاقتراحات المتعلقة بالموضوع .وقد اعتمدنا لمعالجة هذا الموضوع إلى المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بالإضافة إلى الأسلوب التاريخي في سرد مراحل تطور نشأة التأمين التكافلي ونشأة شركة سلامة والمنهج الاستقرائي من خلال أسلوب التحليل في إطار الدراسة المتعلقة بالجانب التطبيقي لشركة سلامة |
| Description: | This study addresses the application of the speculative formula in the management of Takaful insurance companies -- Case study of Salama Insurance Company Algeria - Considering the Takaful insurance as a legitimate alternative to commercial insurance, according to the consensus of the jurists and the major Islamic references for the fatwa , And that's why Takaful insurance had an effective role in supporting economic development , it is currently known as a remarkable spread even in non-Islamic countries . In this regard, the research dealt with the theoretical framework of the Takaful Insurance System, referring to a set of concepts on Takaful Insurance, in order to identify the formulas applied in the Takaful Insurance Companies to manage their operations, based on the speculative formula and their applications in the Takaful Insurance Companies,In the practical chapter, it deals with the diagnosis of the reality of the application of Takaful insurance in Salama Insurance Company, Algeria through two section.the first section was mainly about the making takaful insurance in algeria ,and And an overview of Salama Insurance Company, Algeria,As for the second section, we discussed the reality of Salama Insurance Company in the Algerian insurance market by evaluating its performance in the insurance market in Algeria, which led us to reach a number of results and recommendations that submitted some suggestions related to the subject . We have adopted to address this issue to the descriptive and analytical approach in addition to the historical method in listing the stages of the development of the Takaful insurance and the establishment of the Salama Company and the inductive method through the method of analysis in the framework of the study related to the applied aspect of the salama company |
