dc.description.abstractTeachers are the success key of the educational system. This study sheds light on the challenges facing new teachers in the first year of their career. It aims are to found out solutions to reduce the problems of novice teachers. The methodology that was carried through the research was a descriptive one dealing with middle school EFL teachers. It collected qualitative data from a structured questionnaire. The results have been obtained through the analyses of the questionnaire. Recommendation and suggestions were made to help targeting the most popular challenges and give some solutions to avoid and use them as guiding map to future teachers.en_US
