Résumé:	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آراء واتجاهات مستجيبي شركة الاتصالات الجزائرية تجاه الهاتف المحمول موبيليس-تيارت-حول أهمية إدارة المواهب وأثرها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، استخدمنا نموذجًا لجمع البيانات تم توزيعه على عينة من 36 إطارًا ، كما تم القيام به في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات أسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير معنوي باستخدام برنامج spss. عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) إحصائيات إدارة المواهب لكل بعد من أبعاد تحقيق القدرة التنافسية في المؤسسات المدروسة ومنها (32.4٪). أسفرت الدراسة أيضًا عن مجموعة من التوصيات ، ذكرنا من بينها ضرورة الحفاظ على إدارة المواهب المؤسسات والوظائف التي تولي المزيد من الاهتمام لإبداع الموظفين من خلال تدريبهم في مراكز خاصة واستخدام المراكزللحصول على المواهب المتميزة
Description:	The aim of this study is to know the opinions of respondents in the Algerian MobileTelecommunication company Mobilis- Biskra, and for that we used a form ula tocollect data wich was distributed to (36) tire, spss programme was also used in this statistical analysis of the data, The study found many of the results highlighted by: There is a significant statistical impact of talents management with its dimension in competitive advantage in the company which is under study at level of significance (0,05), such (32.4%).The study also found many suggestions, among them: Maintain the level of talent management in the company and to pay more attention to the creativiy of the staff through the construction of special centers, as well as using of external centers helps to get outstanding talent
