| Abstract: | يتطلب التعليم العالي استثمارات كبيرة من جانب الافراد والدول ويرتبط الحصول على الفوائد الفردية والاجتماعية من التعليم العالي ارتباطا وثيقا بطبيعة عمليات الانتقال من الاوساط الاكاديمية الى الحياة العملية ، تصبح الاستثمارات في التعليم العالي أكثر فاعلية عندما يتمكن الخريجون من العثور على وظائف تناسب مستوى تعليمهم. |
| Description: | Higher education requires significant investments from individuals and countries, and the attainment of individual and social benefits from higher education is closely linked to the nature of the transition from academic environments to practical life. Investments in higher education become more effective when graduates are able to find jobs that match their educational level and are related to their specializations shortly after graduation, so they can employ the knowledge and skills they acquired during their higher education. The aim of the study was to investigate the experience of graduates from the College of Economic Sciences, Business Sciences, and Management Sciences and to diagnose their situation in the job market. The study followed a descriptive and analytical approach, with a focus on using the survey method in collecting data related to the study. The geographical scope of the research was limited to the city of Tiaret as a job market and SEGC College as an academic institution. A questionnaire was designed and directly distributed to the study population, which consisted of 106 male and female graduates. The study found that graduates in the field of financial sciences and accounting are generally better off in the job market. On the other hand, the results of this study shed light on the urgent need to reconsider the situation of graduates in the field of economic sciences |
