dc.description	Small and medium enterprises play an important role in achieving economic and social development in Algeria due to their characteristics and advantages that enable them to perform required tasks and solve difficult problems. Therefore, it was necessary to find ways and mechanisms to support and qualify these enterprises in various sectors. This study aims to highlight the role that the National Investment Fund plays in supporting the promotion of small and medium enterprises, encouraging investments, and exiting unemployment to support economic development and keep up with current global developments. The study concludes that the National Investment Fund has contributed significantly to achieving many achievements	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تلعب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دورا مهما في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية في الجزائر لما تتمتع به من خصائص ومزايا تمكنها من أداء المهام المطلوبة وحل المشكلات التي يصعب التغلب عليها لذلك كان لابد من الضروري إيجاد طرق وآليات لدعم وتأهيل هذه المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات. وجاءت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة إبراز الدور الذي يساهم به الصندوق الوطني للإستثمار في دعم ترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتشجيع الإستثمارات والخروج من نفق البطالة لتدعيم التنمية الاقتصادية لمواكبة التطورات العالمية الراهنة.ولخصت هذه الدراسة أن الصندوق الوطني للإستثمار ساهم وبشكل كبير في تحقيق العديد من الإنجازات	en_US
