dc.description	This study addressed the issue of the impact of international capital flows on monetary policy and its tools represented in the discount rate, compulsory reserve rate and open market operations by presenting international experiences. And its various tools, importance and objectives, as well as the concept of the movement of international capital flows, their types and importance in order to know the extent of the impact of the movement of these international flows on the effectiveness of monetary policy tools in various economies of the world This study concluded that the impact of the movement of international capital flows on the effectiveness of monetary policy varies from one country to another according to the economies followed in the country, which calls for the intervention of central banks in order to strike a balance and control problems, if any	en_US
dc.description.abstract	عالجت هذه الدراسة موضوع اثر تدفقات رؤوس الأموال الدولية على السياسة النقدية وأدواتها المتمثلة في معدل الخصم ومعدل الاحتياطيالإجباري وعمليات السوق المفتوحة من خلال عرض تجارب دولية فقمنا بتسليط الضوء على الدول الولايات المتحدة أسعار،مصر والجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2021 حيث تم التطرق لمفهوم السياسة النقدية ومختلف أدواتها واهميتها واهدافها وكذا مفهوم حركة تدفقات رؤوس الأموال الدولية وانواعها واهميتها وصولا لمعرفة مدى تأثير حركة هذه التدفقات الدولية على فعالية أدوات السياسة النقدية في مختلف اقتصاديات العالم . وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان تأثير حركة تدفقات رؤوس الأموال الدولية على فعالية السياسة النقدية يختلف من دولة الى اخرى حسب الاقتصادياتالمنتهجة في الدولةوالذي يستدعي تدخل البنوك المركزية من اجل احداث توازن والسيطرة على المشاكل ان وجدت	en_US
