| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR لأدوات التحليل المالي حيث يسعى هذا البنك لاتخاذ قرارات مالية صائبة ورشيدة خاصة أثناء قيامه بعمليات الإقراض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة و التي شكلت الاطار النظري للدراسة ، أما الاطار العلمي فقد قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وقد توصلنا في الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية – وكالة تيارت- يطبق التحليل المالي في بعض جوانبه خاصة جانب اتخاذ القرارات الائتمانية, يتم تركيب ودراسة أي ملف قرض داخل الوكالة على أساس مجموعة من القواعد تكون كمرجع معتمد لكل حالات طلبات القروض المقدمة للبنك، فدراسة أي ملف يتطلب مجموعة من تقنيات التحليل المالي التي تسمح بتقدير الوضعية المالية والاقتصادية للمؤسسة طالبة القرض، والتوصل فيما إذا كان بإمكانه منح هذا القرض او امتناعه |
| Description: | The study aims to find out the extent to which the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) applies financial analysis tools, as this bank seeks to make rational financial decisions, especially during its lending operations , and to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the relevant literature and previous studies, which formed the theoretical framework of the study, and for the Scientific framework We have used the descriptive and analytical approach so we have reached to the following results in the study : The Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development – Tiaret Agency – applies financial analysis in some aspects, especially the aspect of credit decision-making . The study of any file requires a set of financial analysis techniques that allow estimating the financial and economic situation of the institution requesting the loan, and to determine whether it can grant or withhold this loan |
