| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير السياسة النقدية على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021) وذلك من خلال بناء نموذج قياسي (الدراسة قياسية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اِستعراض الجانب النظري لظاهرة التضخم وكذا السياسة النقدية التي أصبحت تمارس دور التأثير على المعروض النقدي منذ قانون 90/10وفق ما يتلاءم مع الظروف الاقتصادية السائدة، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تناولنا فيه تأثير أهم المتغيرات الاِقتصادية (معدل سعر الفائدة، معدل إعادة الخصم و الاحتياطي القانوني) ولتحقيق ذلك هم اِستخدام نموذج شجاع الاِنحدار الذاتي VAR، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى الدور الكبير الذي تمارس السياسة النقدية للحد من التضخم بالاستناد على مجموعة من الأدوات المباشرة وغير المباشرة والى تمارس بعض منها في الجزائر بشكل يتناسب مع طبيعة وشكل وخاصية اِقتصادها، وتمكنت فعلا هذه السياسية من التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة والتحقيق من خطورتها خلال فترة الدراسة (1990 - 2022 ). |
| Description: | This study aims to study the impact of monetary policy on inflation in Algeria during the period (1990-2021) by building a standard model (the study is standard). Since the law of 10/90, according to what is appropriate with the prevailing economic conditions. As for the applied side, we have dealt with the impact of the most important economic variables (interest rate, rediscount rate and legal reserve). To achieve this, they use the self-regressive brave model VAR, where the study concluded that the significant role played by monetary policy to reduce inflation based on a set of direct and indirect tools and some of which are practiced in Algeria in a manner commensurate with the nature, shape and characteristics of its economy, and this policy was actually able to deal with this phenomenon and investigate its seriousness during Study period (1990-2022)8. |
