dc.description	This study aimed to clarify the concept of talent management as one of the new topics in the management of human resources and its various activities, especially in the modern era, as well as to focus on the impact itinflicts on institutions, in addition to identifying the most important practices of talent management and how to deal with them due to their great importance. , and despite the great prevalence of competency management and models in many institutions in the world, but the Algerian institutions are still the reality of competency management in the process of progressing little, where we conducted this study using the questionnaire as a tool to collect information on the sample studied and the use of appropriate statistical methods (using the SPSS program). The study reached set of valuable results that confirmed the existence of a relationship between talent management and Algerian commercial banks.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم إدارة الكفاءات كأحد المواضيع الجديدة في إدارة الموارد البشرية و مختلف أنشطتها خصوصا في العصر الحديث، كذلك التركيز على الأثر الذي تلحقه في المؤسسات، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أهم الممارسات لإدارة الكفاءات و كيفية التعامل معها نظرا لما لها من أهمية كبرى، و رغم الشيوع الكبير لإدارة و نماذج الكفاءة في العديد من المؤسسات في العالم، إلا أن المؤسسات الجزائرية لازال واقع إدارة الكفاءات في طور التقدم بشكل ضئيل، حيث قمنا بإجراء هذه الدراسة باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات عن العينة المدروسة و استعمال أساليب إحصائية ملائمة اعتماد على برنامج SPSS . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج القيمة التي أكدت على وجود علاقة بين إدارة الكفاءات والبنوك الجزائرية التجارية	en_US
