| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على موارد صندوق ضبط الإيرادات خلال الفترة 2000-2020، وذلك من خلال التطرق للإطار العام للصناديق السيادية وأنواعها وطرق تسييرها وإستراتيجية الإستثمار التي تتبناها مع ذكر المكانة التي تحضى بها في النظام المالي العالمي، بالإضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر والتطرق لمختلف الإصلاحات الإقتصادية التي مست هذا القطاع ثم إبراز مدى تأثيره على مختلف المؤشرات الاقتصادية للجزائر، بعدها تطرقنا إلى صندوق ضبط الإيرادات ومدى مساهمته في تغطية عجز الميزانية وتخفيض الديون العمومية، وقد إعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه إلى على النمهج الوصفي مستعينين في ذلك ببرنامج eviews وباستخدام منهجية ARDL وقد خلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين موارد صندوق ضبط الإيرادات وأسعار البترول |
| Description: | The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of oil price volatility on the resources of the revenue stabilization fund during the period 2000-2020. This is done by discussing the general framework of sovereign wealth funds, their types, management methods, and investment strategies they adopt, along with their position in the global financial system. Additionally, it sheds light on the petroleum sector in Algeria and discusses various economic reforms that have affected this sector, highlighting their impact on Algeria's various economic indicators. Furthermore, we discuss the revenue stabilization fund and its contribution to budget deficit coverage and reduction of public debt. In this study, we adopted a descriptive approach, utilizing the eviews program and employing the ARDL methodology. The empirical study concluded that there is a causal relationship between the resources of the revenue stabilization fund and oil prices |
