dc.description	The stock exchange is considered one of the most important pillars of the economy of developed countries, as the stock exchanges in developing countries are still going through the stage of emergence and development, as the efficiency and effectiveness of the stock exchange in Algeria remains limited, so it must be reactivated because of its importance in direct financing of economic institutions in various sectors, It also opens up a great field for investing ideas. This necessitates the need to shift from traditional activity to electronic trading in order to keep pace with developments in the financial market	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر البورصة من أهم ركائز الاقتصاد للدول المتقدمة، حيث لا تزال البورصات في الدول النامية تمر بمرحلة النشوء و التطور، حيث أن كفاءة و فعالية البورصة في الجزائر تبقى محدودة لذا لابد من إعادة تنشيطها لما لها من أهمية في تمويل مباشر للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في مختلف القطاعات، كما يفتح مجال كبير لاستثمار الأفكار. و هذا ما يحتم ضرورة التحول من النشاط التقليدي إلى التداول الإلكتروني لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في السوق المالي	en_US
