| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دور صناديق ضمان القروض في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، حيث تعد هذه المؤسسات بديلا مهما للإقتصاد الريعي الذي يعتمد على النفط كمصدر رئيسي للدخل والتنمية. وبفضل المقومات المتاحة يمكن للجزائر أن تسعى لتطوير اقتصادها بما يتناسب مع الأهداف الإقتصادية والتنموية المستقبلية، بادرت الحكومة في السنوات الأخيرة في إنجاز جهاز مالي يتمثل في صندوق ضمان القروض للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وذلك من أجل تسهيل حصول المؤسسات على القروض البنكية عن طريق توفير الضمانات، حيث يعتبر هذا البرنامج تجربة ناجحة في تمويل هذه المؤسسات ورفع حجم إستثماراتها، باعتبار أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تواجه العديد من العراقيل التي تحد من تطورها وتحول دون فعاليتها في ترقية الإقتصاد الوطني ولكن بفضل الدعم الذي تلقاه من الحكومة والمنظمات المختلفة، فإن هذه المؤسسات تستطيع تجاوز هذه الصعوبات والنمو والتطور مستقبلا |
| Description: | This study aimed at the role of loan guarantee funds in financing small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria. These enterprises are an important alternative to the oil-dependent rent economy as a major source of income and development. Thanks to the resources available, Algeria can strive to develop its economy in line with future economic and development goals. credit guarantee fund for small and medium-sized enterprises in order to facilitate enterprises' access to bank loans by providing guarantees, This program is a successful experience in financing these institutions and raising the size of their investments as SMEs face many obstacles to their development and their effectiveness in promoting the national economy, but with the support of the Government and various organizations, These institutions can overcome these difficulties and grow and develop in the future. |
