| dc.description | This study aims to know the relationship between public expenditures and economic growth in Algeria during the period 2000-2019, and to address this study and then measure the impact of management and equipment expenditures on the gross domestic product, using the EVIEWS 9 program, where the ARDL model was used. Where the stability of the time series was tested, the appropriate slowing periods were determined, the co-integration between them was tested, and then the model was estimated in the long and short term. We reached some results, the most important of which was that there is no dynamic relationship in the short term between operating and equipment expenditures and the gross domestic product, while there is a direct relationship between them in the long term | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين النفقات العمومية والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2019، ولمعالجة هذه الدراسة ثم قياس أثر نفقات التسيير والتجهيز على الناتج المحلي الخام، وذلك بإستعمال برنامج EVIEWS 9، حيث تم إستخدام نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL، حيث تم إختبار إستقرارية السلاسل الزمنية وتحديد فترات الإبطاء المناسب، وإختبار التكامل المشترك بينهما، ثم تقدير النموذج في المديين الطويل والقصير. إين توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج والتي كانت من أهمها أنه لا توجد علاقة ديناميكية للمدى القصير بين نفقات التسيير والتجهيز وبين الناتج المحلي الخام، في حين أنه يوجد علاقة طردية بينهما في المدى الطويل. | en_US |
