dc.description	The impact of economic reforms and development witnessed in Algeria since it adopted the market economy, attention to the existence and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises within the priorities of the government authorities because of its positive effects in broadening the base of the national economy and promoting investment, and to achieve this endeavor initiated by the State to establish a set of structures in support of this vital sector . In this context, the study aims to diagnose the situation of small and medium enterprises in Algeria and the extent of their contribution to expanding the base of the national economy in light of the development programs and economic reforms that this sector has undergone, with reference to a group of financial and regulatory bodies that support their financing, and among these bodies we chose as a sample for the study The National Agency for the Management of Microcredit ANGEM” Tiaret”.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	على إثر الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والتنموية التي تعيشها الجزائر منذ انتهاجها اقتصاد السوق، أصبح الاهتمام بوجود و دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ضمن أولويات السلطات الحكومية لما له من آثار ايجابية في توسيع قاعدة الاقتصاد الوطني وترقية الاستثمار، ولتحقيق هذا المسعى بادرت الدولة بإنشاء مجموعة من الهياكل الداعمة لهذا القطاع الحيوي . في هذا الإطار تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص وضعية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في توسيع قاعدة الاقتصاد الوطني في ظل البرامج التنموية والاصلاحات الاقتصادية التي حضي بها هذا القطاع، مع الإشارة لمجموعة من الهيئات المالية والتنظيمية الداعمة لتمويلها ، و من بين هذه الهيئات اخترنا كعينة للدراسة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر ANGEM "تيارت	en_US
