dc.description	Business incubators are among the most effective mechanisms in providing care and support for institutions under construction in particular, as their importance appears through increasing their chances of success, incubating them, and providing them with support services and the necessary assistance in challenging difficulties, solving problems, financial assistance and care from the launch stage to the graduation stage. Algeria is one of the new pillars of economic and social development, due to the extent of its contribution to the national economy. In addition, artificial intelligence helps to improve the performance of incubators and emerging projects through data analysis, prediction of future behavior, decision-making and risk management	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد حاضنات الأعمال من أهم الآليات الفعالة في توفير الرعاية والدعم للمؤسسات طور الإنشاء بصفة خاصة، حيث تظهر أهميتها من خلال زيادة حظها في النجاح وحضنها وإمدادها بخدمات الدعم والمساعدة اللازمة في تحدي الصعوبات وحل المشكلات والمساعدة المالية والرعاية من مرحلة الانطلاق إلى مرحلة التخرج، وتعد المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر أحد الركائز المستحدثة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وذلك راجع لمدى مساهمتها في الاقتصاد الوطني، بالإضافة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يساعد على تحسين أداء الحاضنات والمشاريع الناشئة من خلال تحليل البيانات والتنبؤ بالسلوكيات المستقبلية واتخاذ القرارات وإدارة المخاطر، ضمن هذا السياق تم اعتماد حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية لولاية المسيلة كآلية لدعم وتنمية المشاريع الناشئة وإعطاء قيمة مضافة للتنمية الاقتصادية	en_US
