| Résumé: | خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة مدى احتياج المؤسسات الناشئة إلى حاضنة أعمال، والتعرف على واقع حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر، وكذا المساهمة في توفير قاعدة معلومات علمية وأكاديمية لمساعدة الحاضنات في توفير الدعم المناسب للمشاريع الناشئة، ومن خلال بحثنا هذا تطرقنا إلى حاضنات الاعمال في دعم وترقية واستمرار المؤسسات الناشئة، والجوانب الفكرية لها، كما أضفنا سبل تفعيل دورها للنهوض بالمشاريع الناشئة. خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا إسقاط الضوء للدور الكبير وفعال للحاضنات في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، فهي تساهم في توسيع وتوزيع القاعدة الاقتصادية من خلال استثمار الأفكار الريادية الناجحة وتحويلها إلى مشاريع اقتصادية واعدة وتتوقف القيمة المضافة الحقيقية التي تجلبها الحاضنات للمؤسسات الناشئة المنتسبة لها على نوعية خدمات الدعم والاستشارة المقدمة، ذلك لأ، قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة يؤدي دورا حيويا في الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث قامت الجزائر بالعديد من المجهود لترقية وتنمية هذا القطاع، حيث خصص له وزارة خاصة به تهتم بشؤونه، إضافة إلى وضع العديد من القوانين التي تهدف إلى تطوير وتنمية هذا القطاع، وذلك راجع لاهتمام السياسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية والتركيز عليه في الآونة الأخيرة |
| Description: | This study concluded by addressing the extent to which emerging institutions need a business incubator, and identifying the reality of business incubators in Algeria, as well as contributing to providing a scientific and academic information base to help incubators provide appropriate support for emerging projects. Emerging institutions, and their intellectual aspects, and we have also added ways to activate their role in advancing emerging projects. During this study, we tried to shed light on the significant and effective role of incubators in the development of the national economy, as they contribute to expanding and distributing the economic base by investing in successful entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into promising economic projects.
