| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على واقع المشاريع المقاولاتية، كونها تشكل ميدانا لتحسين المهارات وتفتح فرصة للإبداع والابتكار، حيث بعد التطرق لأهم الجوانب النظرية للمقاولاتية و المقاول، تم تحديد أهم السمات المكونة لروح المقاول ويعد الشق النظري في ماهية المقاولاتية ودورها في تنمية المشاريع، تتبعنا عمليا القوانين والإجراءات وكذا الهيئة التي اعتمدتها الجزائر للتوجه نحو خلق مشاريع. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل حول عملية الدعم المقدم من قبل الهيئات الداعمة والتمويل للمؤسسات فإن الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية كان لها الدور المهم في الدعم المالي لأصحاب هذه المؤسسات، إلا أنها لا زالت تواجه صعوبات وتحديات من الجانب التمويلي |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the reality of entrepreneurial projects, as they constitute a field for improving skills and open an opportunity for creativity and innovation, where after addressing the most important theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship and the contractor, the most important components of the spirit of the entrepreneur were identified. Laws and procedures as well as the body adopted by Algeria to move towards the creation of projects. Among the most important findings about the process of support provided by the supporting bodies and funding for enterprises, the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship had an important role in financial support for the owners of these institutions, but it still faces difficulties and challenges from the financing side. |
