dc.description	Through this research, we have touched on the concept of foreign direct investment and its implications for the host and investing countries As well as its reality in Algeria and the subsequent developments in the tax policy of the guarantees provided to foreign investors. All these efforts made by Algeria in order to adapt its economy in line with the market economy by giving a new dynamism to the private sector, reconsidering the methods and patterns of production and deepening the reforms of the legislative and legal system. Then we looked at the most important obstacles that foreign investors face, as well as the factors influencing their attraction, then we also touched on the concept of economic development, where we did an analytical study of the case of Algeria and knowing the extent of foreign direct investment in moving the wheel of growth, and accordingly we came out with a set of suggestions that may contribute to improving and increasing Foreign direct investment inflows to Algeria.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	من خلال هذا البحث تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وانعكاساته على الدول المضيفة والمستثمرة وكذلك إلى واقعه في الجزائر وما تبع ذلك من تطورات في السياسة الضريبية للضمانات المقدمة للمستثمرين الأجانب كل هذه المجهودات التي تقوم بها الجزائر من أجل تكييف اقتصادها بما يتماشى واقتصاد السوق من خلال إعطاء ديناميكية جديدة للقطاع الخاص وإعادة النظر في أساليب وأنماط الإنتاج وتعميق الإصلاحات المنظومة التشريعية والقانونية ثم عرجنا على أهم العراقيل التي يواجهها المستثمرين الأجانب وكذلك العوامل المؤثرة على جلب، ثم تطرقنا أيضا إلى مفهوم التنمية الإقتصادية حيث قمنا بدراسة تحليلية لحالة الجزائر ومعرفة مدى الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تحريك عجلة النمو وبناء على ذلك خرجنا بمجموعة من الاقتراحات التي قد تساهم في تحسين وزيادة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوارد إلى الجزائر.	en_US
