| Résumé: | تعد المعرفة أهم مورد من موارد المؤسسة، لما لها من دور كبير في تحقيق أهدافها بين باقي المؤسسات وذلك من خلال تطبيقها. ففي عصرنا الحالي الذي سمي بعصر المعرفة ظهر مصطلح "إدارة المعرفة"، الذي يتطلب منا التركيز على استراتيجياتها وتطبيقها وربطها بمفهوم جودة التعليم العالي. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال معرفة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في ضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي ومدى فعاليتها وتحليل واقع التعليم العالي في الجزائر عن طريق الإحصاءات المتعلقة بالتصنيفات العالمية المعتمدة والمؤشرات الكمية لتطويره وتقديم المجهودات المبذولة لتطويره. إذ يعتبر خلق المعرفة من أبرز مهام واهتمامات قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وتمثلت أهم النتائج في " تطبيق مؤسسات التعليم العالي لأنشطة إدارة المعرفة والاستثمار في المعلومات التي تساهم بشكل كبير في خلق طرق جديدة في التفكير، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى اتخاذ قرارات أكثر فاعلية وتنوع في الهياكل التعليمية وتنميتها وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة لتطوير القطاع إلا أن هناك معوقات تشكل عقبة أمام هذا التطور". |
| Description: | Knowledge is the most important resource of the institution, because of its great role in achieving its objectives among other institutions, through its application. In our current era, which is called the age of knowledge, the term "knowledge management" has appeared, which requires us to focus on its strategies, its application, and linking it to the concept of quality in higher education. This study aimed to shed light on the role of knowledge management in achieving quality assurance of higher education in Algeria, and this is through knowing the application of knowledge management in ensuring the achievement of quality higher education and its effectiveness and analyzing the reality of higher education in Algeria through statistics related to approved international classifications and quantitative indicators for its development. And make efforts to develop it. The creation of knowledge is considered one of the most important tasks and concerns of the higher education sector in Algeria, and the most important results were represented in “the application of higher education institutions to knowledge management activities and investment in information that contribute significantly to the creation of new ways of thinking, and this leads to more effective and diversified decision-making.” Educational structures and their development, and despite the efforts exerted to develop the sector, there are obstacles that constitute an obstacle to this development |
