dc.description	This study amied to evalute the behaviors of trasfomatioal leadership and its impact on the development of the efficiecty of huma resoueces and we chose the national fund for social security for non-conducating workers in the state of tiaret i order ti study a case and to know the extent to which behaviors are praciticed by the management of the institution where a sample was formed and in orde to otai the results of the study the questioaire was used and the stability ad validty of its characteristics were verified through the vakronkh coefficiet and calculation of arithmetic averages ad regession criteria it also has a impact o the development of huma resours efficiency	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و أثرها على تنمية كفاءة الموارد البشرية، وقمنا بإختيار الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي للعمال الغير الأجراء لولاية تيارت من أجل دراسة الحالة، و معرفة مدى ممارسة هذه السلوكيات. من قبل إدارة المؤسسة حيث تكونت العينة من 31 عامل و من أجل حصول على نتائج الدراسة تم استخدام الإستبيان و تحقق من صدق و ثبات خصائصه من خلال معامل ألفاكرونبغ وحساب المتوسطات الحسابية و معايير الإنحدار و توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة الإدارة لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية مرتفعة كما لها تأثير على تنمية كفاءة العمال.	en_US
