dc.description	The economic institution are exposed to many problems, especially in the production department and this leads to a delay in the production of the required products, and among these reasons is poor stratigicplaninig for its production capacity and the faiture to use scientific production planinig methods such as quantitative and qualitive methods. Through this study, we treid to show the roleand importance of strategic planing in increasing the effectiveness of production capacity, as it is the basic pillar of production and operation management as an applied study.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن المؤسسات الاقتصادية تتعرض الى العديد من المشاكل خاصة في قسم الإنتاج، وذلك ما يؤدي الى تأخير في انتاج المنتجات المطلوبة، ومن بين هذه الأسباب سوء في التخطيط الاستراتيجي لطاقتها الإنتاجية وعدم استخدام أساليب تخطيط الإنتاج العلمية مثل الأساليب الكمية والنوعية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا اظهار دور وأهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في زيادة كفاءة وفعالية الطاقة الإنتاجية، باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية لإدارة الإنتاج و العمليات و قد تم اختيار مؤسسة الصناعية ENTPL فرع سوتريفيت لتحويل المنتجات الطويلة كدراسة تطبيقية	en_US
