| Résumé: | من اجل الخروج من الوضع الحرج الذي عرفه الاقتصاد الجزائري و المتمثل في عجز المؤسسات العمومية عن تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كان على الحكومة ان تذهب لدعم المقاولاتية من خلال وكالات التنمية المختلفة ،حيث ركزت على تطوير وغرس روح المقاولاتية بين الشباب وتمكينهم من تأسيس المؤسسات وتوفير فرص العمل. لقد أصبح الشباب القادر على العمل عبثا على الدولة في ظل انتشار البطالة وانتظار عمليات التوظيف في المؤسسات العامة ، والتي أصبحت عاجزة عن استيعاب هذا العدد الهائل ،وخاصة خريجي الجامعات ، والحصول على هذه الفئة النشطة من هذا الركود أصبحت عملية نشر تعليم المقاولاتي وروح المقاولاتية في الجامعة ومن الضروري إضفاء روح المبادرة وتوفير كافة الظروف المادية والتسهيلات الأخرى لتشجيع وتجسيد أفكارهم في الواقع والمساهمة للتنمية الاقتصادية لمختلف القطاعات . ستتيح هذه الدراسة عرض جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بالعمل المقاولاتي والآليات التي تتبناها الدولة لمواكبة وتطوير الإبداع والابتكار من خلال غرس روح المقاولاتية،كما تهدف إلى معرفة آليات دعم وتنمية روح المقاولاتية في الوسط الجامعي بولاية تيارت. |
| Description: | In order to get out of the critical situation that the Algerian economy has known, represented in the inability of public institutions to achieve economic and social development, the government had to go to support entrepreneurship through various development agencies, as it focused on developing and instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship among young people and enabling them to establish institutions and provide job opportunities. . Young people who are able to work have become in vain for the state in light of the spread of unemployment and waiting for employment processes in public institutions, which have become incapable of absorbing this huge number, especially university graduates, and obtaining this active category from this stagnation has become the process of spreading entrepreneurial education and the spirit of entrepreneurship in the university It is necessary to impart a spirit of initiative and provide all material conditions and other facilities to encourage and embody their ideas in reality and contribute to the economic development of various sectors. This study will present all aspects related to entrepreneurial work and the mechanisms adopted by the state to keep pace with and develop creativity and innovation by instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship.
