dc.description	Renewable energies are considered one of the most important alternatives available to achieve sustainable development, as their supply is a key factor in driving production and achieving stability and growth in case of depletion of their traditional counterpart. This study aimed, within a descriptive and analytical framework, to highlight the importance of moving towards renewable energies in achieving sustainable development, and this is by projecting the energy situation of Algeria. To achieve economic gains, social stability and environmental balance through the mechanism of rationalizing the consumption of depleted energies, valuing them and working to replace them with alternative energy sources, as they have huge potentials of renewable energies, especially solar energy.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الطاقات المتجددة أحد أهم البدائل المتاحة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، إذ تشكل إمداداتها عاملا أساسيا في دفع عجالة الإنتاج وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في حالة النضوب نظيرتها التقليدية، حيث يمثل موضوع ترقية الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة احد أهم القضايا المطروحة اليوم على الساحة الدولية للطاقة، باعتبارها طاقة نظيفة وغير ملوثة للبيئة والمستدامة، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة ضمن إطار وصفي تحليلي إلى إبراز أهمية التوجه نحو الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وهذا بإسقاط على الوضعية الطاقوية للجزائر، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إن الجزائر كغيرها من الدول تسارع في الانتقاء نحو الاقتصاديات الطاقات المتجددة عن طريق جملة من الاستراتجيات والمشاريع التي تهدف لتحقيق المكاسب الاقتصادية، و ألاستقراري الاجتماعي والتوازن البيئي من آلية ترشيد استهلاك الطاقات الناضبة وتثمينها، والعمل على إحلالها بمصادر الطاقات البديلة كونها تمتلك إمكانيات هائلة من الطاقات المتجددة خاصة الطاقة الشمسية.	en_US
