| Abstract: | تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع واقعي الإبتكار في المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية ومدى إلمامها بمفهوم تمويل الإبتكار مع إسقاط ذلك على المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية المتمثلة في المؤسسات المالية، الهيئات الحكومية والمؤسسات الخاصة، حيث تم دراسة الموضوع من عدة جوانب إبتداء من المفاهيم العامة للإبتكار إلى إبراز أهميته في المؤسسات الإقتصادية على إعتبار أنشطة الإبتكار تواجه الكثير من المعيقات بإعتبارها شكل من أشكال التغيير في المؤسسة ولمواجهة هذه التحديات تحتاج المؤسسات الإقتصادية إلى وضع إستراتجيات فعالة لتمويل الإبتكار، ولقد توصلنا من خلال دراستنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الإبتكار بشكل عام وتنويع مصادر تمويله أصبحوا عنصرا أساسيا في تمكين المؤسسات الإقتصادية من تحقيق أهدافها الإبتكارية وتطوير منتجاتها وخدماتها في ظل المنافسة الشديدة التي يشهدها العالم اليوم، حيث يرتبط نجاح ونمو المؤسسات بدرجة كفاءة وفعالية الاستراتجيات الإبتكارية المتبناة |
| Description: | This study deals with the issue of reality of innovation in the Algerian enterprises and the extent of their knowledge of the innovation financing with a projection of this on Algerian industrial establishment represented in: financial institutions the subject has been studied from several aspect starting from the general concept of innovation financing to highlighting its importance in industrial establishment considering that′s activities face many difficulties dues to change in establishments and to meet this challenges industrial enterprises need to develop effective strategies for financing innovation and we have reached to serval results and the Important of which is that innovation in general have become an essential element in economic institutions to achieve their innovative goals and develop their products and services in light of the intense competition that the world is witnessing today where the success and growth of institution is linked to the degree of efficiency and the effectiveness of the innovative strategies adopted |
