| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على سمات الصيرفة الالكترونية و التي نتجت اثر رقمنة تكنولوجيا المعلومات للاقتصاد العالمي ، هذا ما ادى الى منافسة شديدة بين المؤسسات المالية نحو تقديم افضل الخدمات الالكترونية للعملاء . استطاعت البنوك الجزائرية في الاونة الاخيرة كغيرها من البنوك في العالم الى عصرنة القطاع البنكي و تحسين جودة الاداء عبر توفير حزمة من الخدمات الالكترونية باستعمال وسائل و انظمة و قنوات الكترونية متنوعة . و لإتمام هذه الدراسة استعنا بإحصائيات لمعالجة ما هو متاح من البيانات حول مجموعة من المتغيرات المتعلقة بأداء العمل المصرفي ، كما تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على موظفي كلا من البنك الوطني الجزائري و الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط لولاية تيارت ، ناقشت هذه الاخيرة مقومات الصيرفة الالكترونية المتاحة في البنوك محل الدراسة |
| Description: | The study aims to identify the features of electronic banking that have resulted from the digitization of information technology for the global economy, which has led to a strong competition among financial institutions towards providing the best electronic services to customers. In recent times, Algerian banks like other banks in the world have been able to modernize the banking sector and improve performance quality by providing a package of electronic services using various electronic means, systems and channels. To complete this study, we used statistics to address available data on a range of variables related to the performance of banking. A questionnaire was also designed and distributed to the employees of both the Algerian National Bank and the National Savings and Reserve Fund of the State of Tiaret |
