| Résumé: | استهدفت هذه الدراسة تحليل و قياس العلاقة بين إلانفاق العام و النمو الاقتصادي و التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2020)، حيث إعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على نموذج Eviews 9 ، و قد تبين من خلال إختبار التكامل المشترك وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و الإنفاق العام وبين التشغيل و الإنفاق العام في الأجل الطويل حسب طريقة Engel-Granger و منهجية Granger للسببية، كما أضهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة طردية متزايدة بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و حجم الإنفاق العام، أما من ناحية التأثير فقد كان التأثير ضعيف و يرجع هذا بكل بساطة لضعف الجهاز الإنتاجي و محدودية قدراته، فبالرغم من ضخامة الموارد المالية المخصصة فإن هذه المؤسسات لم تستطع الرفع من إنتاجها |
| Description: | This study aimed to organize and measure the relationship between public spending, economic growth and employment in Algeria during the period (1990-2020) where we relied in this on model Eviews 9, And it was found through the co-integration test that there is a co-integration relationship between gross domestic product and public spending and between employment and public spending in the long run according to Engel Granger's method and Granger's methodology of causality. The results also showed that there is an increasing positive relationship between the gross domestic product and the volume of public spending. In terms of impact, the impact was weak and this is simply due to the weakness of the productive device and its limited capacities. Despite the huge allocated financial resources, their institutions were unable to increase their production |
