dc.description	This study aims to highlight the role of the Zakat Fund in encouraging investment based on the study of Zakat because of its positive effects , including social and economic , especially the impact of this obligation on stimulating investment and paying it to idle funds and preventing hoarding , and by presenting the experience of the Algerian Zakat Fund as an official body that collects and distributes Zakat in Algeria , we found that the Zakat Fund provides assistance and subsidies to poor and needy families , with the allocation of a percentage of the proceeds directed to investment by financing those wishing to invest with good loans that help them create productive and service micro-enterprises that spare them from asking for Zakat	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي إبراز دور صندوق الزكاة في تشجيع الاستثمار انطلاقا من دراسة الزكاة لما لها من أثار إيجابية إجتماعية منها وإقتصادية خاصة أثر هذه الفريضة على تحفيز الاستثمار و دفعها للأموال العاطلة ومنع اكتنازها، وبعرضنا لتجربة صندوق الزكاة الجزائري كونه هيئة رسمية تتولى تحصيل وتوزيع الزكاة في الجزائر، تبين لنا أن صندوق الزكاة يقدم مساعدات وإعانات للعائلات الفقيرة والمعوزة مع تخصيص نسبة من الحصيلة توجه للاستثمار عن طريق تمويل الراغبين في الاستثمار بقروض حسنة تساعدهم في استحداث مؤسسات مصغرة إنتاجية و خدماتية تغنيهم عن طلب الزكاة	en_US
