| Abstract: | أدى التقدم التكنولوجي والتطورات العلمية في المجتمعات المتقدمة إلى تحسين بنية النظام العالمي الاقتصادي، حيث شهد العمل المصرفي تقدما ملموسا في مجال تطوير المعاملات المالية من خلال تبني نظام الصيرفة الإلكترونية، كما شهد هذا القطاع أيضا تنافسا شديدا بسبب نمطية الخدمات المقدمة إلكترونيا، وكل هذا من أجل رفع كفاءته، ونظرا لذلك اتجهت الجزائر لتبني هذا النهج من الصيرفة لما له من أثر بالغ على الاقتصاد المحلي وعلاقته بالاقتصاد العالمي، فقامت بتعميم البطاقات الإلكترونية ووسائط الدفع والسحب الإلكترونية والانضمام لأنظمة صيرفة عالمية وتطوير أخرى محلية خاصة بها لمواكبة تحديات العصر. لذلك كان الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة هو تبيان ماهية الصيرفة الإلكترونية ومدى تطبيقها في الجزائر من خلال دراسة مثال بنك التنمية المحلية وكالة تيارت، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة لنتائج تفيد بأن الصيرفة الإلكترونية على الرغم من جهود الدولة الجزائرية لدعمها إلا أنها مازالت بحاجة لاهتمام أكثر. |
| Description: | Technological advancements and scientific developments in advanced societies have improved the structure of the global economic system. Banking has seen significant progress in the field of financial transactions through the adoption of electronic banking. This sector has also witnessed intense competition due to the standardization of electronically provided services, all aimed at increasing efficiency. In light of this, Algeria has adopted this approach to banking due to its significant impact on the local economy and its relationship with the global economy. Algeria has implemented electronic cards, electronic payment and withdrawal methods, joined global banking systems, and developed local systems to keep up with the challenges of the modern era. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to demonstrate the nature of electronic banking and its implementation in Algeria through a case study of Banque de Développement Local, Tiarat Agency. The study concludes that despite the efforts of the Algerian government to support electronic banking, it still requires more attention |
