| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر التخطيط المالي على اتخاذ القرارات المالية في منظمة، من خلال استخدام أهم أدوات التخطيط المالي وهي الموازنة التقديرية بدراسة حالة مؤسسة النقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بولاية تيارت، حيث تناولت هذه الدراسة التخطيط المالي كإطار لاتخاذ القرارات المالية من خلال معرفة أنواعه وأدواته، كما تم التعرض إلى عملية اتخاذ القرارات المالية بكل إبعادها من خلال مفهومها ومراحلها وأنواع القرارات، وكذا الإطار التطبيقي للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. اعتمدت الدراسة على مختلف الميزانيات التقديرية المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة النقل الحضري وشبه الحضري لسنة 2022، باعتبارها أهم أداة من أدوات التخطيط المالي، حيث تم حساب الانحرافات وتحليلها لاتخاذ الاجرءات التصحيحية، وكذا التعرف على مختلف القرارات المتخذة من طرف المؤسسة محل الدراسة. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة النقل الحضري وشبه الحضري لولاية تيارت تعتمد على التخطيط المالي في اتخاذ القرارات المالية وترشيدها، وذلك بالاستعانة بأهم أدواته المتمثلة في الموازنة التقديرية |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the impact of financial planning on making financial decisions in an organization, through the use of the most important financial planning tools, which is the estimated budget, in a case study of the Urban and Semi-Urban Transport Corporation in the state of Tiaret, where this study dealt with financial planning as a framework for making financial decisions by knowing its types The financial decision-making process in all its dimensions was exposed through its concept, stages, types of decisions, as well as the application framework of the institution under study. The study relied on the various estimated budgets provided by the Urban and Semi-Urban Transport Corporation for the year 2022, as it is the most important tool of financial planning, where deviations were calculated and analyzed to take corrective action, as well as identifying the various decisions taken by the institution under study |
