dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this linguistic work is to investigate the effectiveness of classroom management strategies on the academic success of linguistically diverse students at the university level. To identify the different strategies used by teachers, this research also examines the understanding of linguistic diversity among teachers and how they deal with it to create a comfortable learning environment. This study is divided into three parts. The first part provides a general overview of linguistic diversity worldwide, with a specific focus on Algeria, including the languages present in Algeria and cultural diversity and multilingualism. The second part discusses classroom management through the use of different and diverse strategies by teachers. Lastly, to gather the necessary data for the research, a questionnaire was administered to first-year students in the English Language Department, and interviews were conducted with a group of teachers | en_US |
