dc.description	The current study aimed to identify the correlation of organizational culture with administrative creativity among the workers of the Electricity and Gas distribution directorate (sonelgaz) intiaret.The stud sample consisted of 100male and female workers.In order to answer it two appropriate questionnaires were built for this purpose, namely ( the organizational culture questionnaire and the administrative creativity questionnaire), where it was subjected to a psychometric study in which the conditions of validity and reliability were met, and after using appropriate statistical met hods, the results resulted in the following:There is a correlation between the organizational culture and administrative creativity among the workers of the Electricity and Gas distribution directorate (sonelgaz) in tiaret with a correlation coefficient of (0.485) statistically significant, at the significance level of (0.01). - There is a correlation between the human dimension and administrative creativity among the workers of the Electricity and Gas distribution. directorate (sonelgaz) in tiaret, with a correlation coefficient of (0.462) statistically significant, at the significance level of (0.01). - There is a correlation between the organizational dimension and administrative creativity among the workers of the directorate of Electricity and Gas distribution directorate (sonelgaz) in tiaret with a correlation coefficient of (0.412) statistically significant, at the significance level of (0.01). - The level of administrative creativity is average among the workers of the Electricity and Gas distribution directorate (sonelgaz) in tiaret . - There are statistically significant differences in the level of administrative creativity among the workers of directorate of Electricity and Gas distribution (sonelgaz) in tiaret currents due to the gender variable in favour of males (0.05).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة الثقافة التنظيمية بالإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز (سونلغاز) تيارت وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 100عامل وعاملة، حيث تم بناء استبيانين مناسبين لهذا الغرض وهما(استبيان الثقافة التنظيمية، استبيان الإبداع الإداري)، حيث أخضعت لدراسة سيكومترية تحقق فيها شروط الصدق والثبات، وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة أسفرت النتائج على مايلي: _ توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الثقافة التنظيمية و الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز (سونلغاز) بتيارت بمعامل ارتباط قدره ( 0.485) دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01 ) _ توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين البعد الإنساني و الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز سونلغاز بتيارت بمعامل ارتباط قدره 0.462 دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 _ توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين البعد التنظيمي و الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز سونلغاز بتيارت بمعامل ارتباط قدره 0.412 دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 _ مستوى الإبداع الإداري متوسط لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغازسونلغاز بتيارت _ توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغازسونلغاز بتيارت تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور استنادا إلى المتوسط الحسابي المقدر 71.59 عند مستوى الدرلالة 0.05	en_US
