| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكوين المكونين في الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، بالمؤسسات التعليمية الابتدائية بتيارت، وانطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية عامة مفادها هل تكوين المكونين له دور أساسي في تحقيق الكفاءة التدريسية؟ ونتاجا لهذه الإشكالية تولدت منها فرضية رئيسية مفادها تكوين المكونين له دور أساسي في تحقيق الكفاءة التدريسية. وللإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة استخدمت المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 03 متكونين كأداة للدراسة، تم تقسيمها إلى 3 محاور هم: البيانات الشخصية، مساهمة البرامج التكوينية في تحسين أداء المد رسين في المؤسسات التعليمية، مساهمة التكوين في التحسين من قدرات ومهارات المكونين. وقد قامت الباحثة بتحليل الأجوبة التي تحصلت عليها من المقابلات ومن خلالها تحصلت على عدة نتائج أهمها: -التكوين هو العامل المهم والأساسي في نحسين أداء المدرسين. -اكتساب المتكونين معارف وخبرات تساعدهم في تأدية مهامهم التعليمية. -مساهمة التكوين في التحسين من قدرات ومهارات المتكونين في قطاع التربية بالمرحلة الإبتدائية |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the role of component training in the teaching competence of primary education teachers in primary educational institutions in Tiaret. As a result of this problem, a major hypothesis was born out of which the formation of the two components has a fundamental role in achieving teaching efficiency. In order to answer the hypotheses of the study, the descriptive statistical approach was used for its suitability to the subject of the study. The study sample consisted of 03 participants as a tool for the study. It was divided into 3 axes: Personal data. Training programs contribute to improving the performance of teachers in educational institutions. Training contributes to improving the capabilities and skills of teachers. The researcher analyzed the answers she got from the interviews, and through them she got several results, the most important of which are: Training is the most important and essential factor in improving the performance of teachers. The trainees acquire knowledge and experiences that help them in performing their educational tasks. The contribution of training in improving the capabilities and skills of trainees in the education sector at the primary stage. |
