| Résumé: | تناول الدراسة الراىنة موضوع دور الدشاركة السكانية في الإهتمام بالمساحات الخضراء دراسة ميدانية بحي المرجة مدينة تيسمسيلت وقد ارتبطت هذه الدراسة بمجموعة من الأهداف: إبراز اهمية المساحات الخضراء في البيئة الحضرية وما مدى مساهمتها في تحسينٌ الإطار النفسي و الإجتماعي و العمراني و البيئي للسكان توعية المواطنينٌ و إشراكهم في الإهتمام بالدساحات الخضراء إعادة الإعتبار للمساحات الخضراء في الأحياء السكنية بشكل خاص و في المدينة بشكل عام -تحديد الأليات القانونية لصيانة وتحسينٌ نوعية المساحات الخضراء الحضرية وضع الحلول المناسبة والتوصيات المقترحة لمعالجة هذه المشكلة فتبلورت الإشكالية البحثية عن تساؤل عام مفاده: ماهي الأسباب الي أدت إلذ تدهور المساحات الخضراء داخل الأحياء السكنية ؟ وللإجابة عن التساؤل إستلزم منا الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية:" هل نقص الوعي واللامبالاة لدى المواطنينٌ يساهم في المساحات الخضراء؟ أ أمه ناك أسباب أخرى؟ |
| Description: | The current study dealt with the issue of the role of population participation in caring for green spaces, a field study in the Marjeh district of Tissemsilt, and this study was linked to a set of objectives: Highlighting the importance of green spaces in the urban environment and the extent of their contribution to improving the psychological, social, urban and environmental framework of the population. Educating citizens and involving them in caring for green spaces. Reconsider green spaces in residential neighborhoods in particular and in the city in general. Determining the legal mechanisms for maintaining and improving the quality of urban green spaces. Develop appropriate solutions and proposed recommendations to address this problem. The research problem crystallized from a general question: Does the lack of awareness and indifference of citizens contribute in green spaces? Or are there other reasons ? We formulated two partial hypotheses as follows: The reasons leading to the misuse of green spaces are due to throwing waste. Lack of awareness among citizens contributes tothe deteriorationgreen spaces. And we discussed the definition of green spaces and related concepts, types of spaces, the importance, benefits and foundations of planning spaces and planning standards, green spaces in residential areas, factors affecting on their design, legal protection of spaces, theories that dealt with them, the legal framework for spaces. The second chapter focused on the urban environment and included a group of elements: Its concept, manifestations and factors of its deterioration, its protection mechanisms, ecological trends in its study |
