| Résumé: | نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نعالج موضوع الرقابة الإدارية في الحد من مظاهر التسيب الإداري والذي يعتبر أحد المباحث الأساسية في علم الاجتماع التنظيم والعمل وبالنظر إلى التراث النظري نجد أن هذا الموضوع قد لاقى اهتمام رواد كل من الكلاسيكية والنيوكلاسيكية ورواد المدارس الحديثة ،كما أنه قد أبدى العديد من الدارسين اهتماهم بها وبمختلف أبعادها وعليه نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف العلمية والعملية الأساسية والتي تتمثل في محاولتنا في التعرف على مختلف النظريات المفسرة للموضوع والوقوف على أهمية الرقابة الإدارية ومختلف جوانبها السلبية والإيجابية وتأثيرها على العامل وأدائه ومدى انضباطه. |
