| Résumé: | إن هذه الدراسة الموسومة بحوادث العمل وتأثيرها على استقرار العامل داخل المؤسسة –دراسة ميدانية بتعاونية الحبوب الجافة تيارت - جاءت في إطار معرفة تحديد العلاقة بين حوادث العمل والاستقرار المهني للعمال في المؤسسة حيث كانت الإشكالية تحت التساؤل الرئيسي على النحو التالي: هل لانتشار حوادث العمل في المنظمة علاقة بالاستقرار المهني داخل مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والخضر الجافة -تيارت؟ وتنطلق الدراسة من التساؤلات الفرعية من خلال التساؤل الرئيسي والمتمثلة في: - هل الخوف من الوقوع في حوادث العمل وعدم توفر نظام الوقاية سبب في عدم الاستقرار المهني داخل مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والخضر الجافة -تيارت؟ - هل طبيعة حوادث العمل سبب في عدم الاستقرار المهني لدى عمال مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والخضر الجافة -تيارت؟ ومن أجل معالجة الإشكالية كانت الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى تعاونية الحبوب الجافة -تيارت - والتي اختيرت كمكان لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية، حيث كانت عينة عشوائية بسيطة أين أُتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذا اعتماد أدوات أخرى لجمع البيانات وهي الملاحظة والاستبيان الموزع على عينة بلغت 70 عاملا. وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو الآتي: تؤثر حوادث العمل على مستوى أداء العامل لعملهواضطرابه كالتأخر والغياب وحتى الاستقالة. تؤدي حوادث العمل إلى ضعف ولاء العامل داخل المؤسسة. تؤدي حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة إلى عدم الاستقرار المهني للعامل داخل المؤسسة |
| Description: | This study ، marked by work accidents and their impact on the stability of the worker within the establishment - a field study in the Tiaret dry grain cooperative - came within the framework of knowing the relationship between work accidents and the occupational stability of workers in the establishment ، where the problem under the main question was as follows: Is the prevalence of work accidents in the organization related to occupational stability within the Grains and Dry Vegetables Cooperative - Tiaret? The study proceeds from the sub-questions through the main question ، which are: - Is the fear of falling into work accidents and the lack of a prevention system a reason for occupational instability within the Grains and Dry Vegetables Cooperative - Tiaret? - Is the nature of work accidents a cause of occupational instability among the workers of the Grains and Dry Vegetables Cooperative Corporation - Tiaret? In order to address the problem ، the field study was carried out at the level of the dry grain cooperative - Tiaret - which was chosen as a place to conduct the field study ، as it was a simple random sample where the descriptive analytical method was followed ، as well as the adoption of other tools for data collection ، namely observation and a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 70 workers. The results of the study were as follows: • Work accidents affect the level of the worker's performance of his work and his disturbances such as delay ، absence and even resignation. • Work accidents lead to weak employee loyalty within the organization. • Work accidents in the establishment lead to professional instability for the worker within the establishment |
