| Résumé: | نظرا لقلة المعارف التقنية الخاصة بالعمل الميداني والتي سببها نقص التكوين ونقص المعلومات الذي أدى بنا إلى إعادة النظر إلى المصطلحات المتواجدة في المراجع العلمية المتعلقة بتخصص علم الإجتماع العمل والتنظيم ولهذا بنينا المذكرة على أساس الحصول على معارف خاصة بالعمل وبالمؤسسة .أخذنا على سبيل المثال مؤسسة تربية الخيول بتيارت وقدمنا تاريخها ووظائفها من أجل محاولة فهم ما يدور داخل المؤسسة من الأعمال النظرية . إن العمل الميداني يتطلب قدرة وطاقة وتكوين قاعدي قوي فمثلا صعوبة الإتصال بعمال مؤسسة تربية الخيول جعل من عملية كسب المعلومات حول تصوراتهم لعملهم أمرا معقدا جدا ولهذا إتضح لنا من خلال أستاذنا المشرف إعادة النظر في المصطلحات العلمية والمناهج في محاولة كس ب معارف ومعلومات حول مفهوم العمل في الدول الغربية وتطور المؤسسة.ولهذا قمنا بتخصيص ثلاث فصول لتوضيح تاريخ علم الإجتماع العمل والمؤسسة حيث حاولنا الدخول للواقع الجزائري من خلال هاته المؤسسة ومن خلالها كان الفصل الرابع عبارة عن مقدمة لمؤسسة تربية الخيول بولاية تيارت . وفي الأخير كان هذا العمل عبارة عن إعادة النظر في المعارف لكشفها محاولة منا لكسب معلومات ربما تساعدنا على النجاح في مسابقة الدكتوراه |
| Description: | Due to the lack of technical knowledge related to field work, which was caused by the lack of training and the lack of information, which led us to reconsider the terminology found in the scientific references related to the specialization of sociology, work and organization, and for this we built the memo on the basis of obtaining knowledge of work and the institution. We took, for example, the horse breeding institution We presented its history and functions in order to try to understand what is going on inside the institution of theoretical work In the end, this work was a reconsideration of knowledge to reveal it, an attempt by us to gain information that might help us succeed in the doctoral competition. Field work requires capacity, energy, and strong grassroots formation. For example, the difficulty of communicating with the workers of the Horse Breeding Corporation made the process of gaining information about their perceptions of their work a very complicated matter, and for this it became clear to us, through our supervising professor, to reconsider scientific terminology and curricula in an attempt to gain knowledge and information about the concept of work in countries. Western and the development of the institution. That is why we devoted three chapters to clarify the history of the sociology of work and the institution, where we tried to enter the Algerian reality through this institution, and through it, the fourth chapter was an introduction to the institution of horse breeding in the state of Tiaret .
