| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المرأة والمشاركة المجتمعية أي إلى الأدوار التي تقوم بها المرأة داخل المجتمع سواء في البيت أو بخروجها إلى العمل في خلال عرض مدخل وصياغة مشكلة الدراسة وأيضا التساؤلات ومفاهيم الدراسة وتحديد الأهمية والأهداف من هذه الدراسة وفي الجانب النظري أولا تطرقنا إلى لمحة تاريخية لنشأ وتطور عمل المرأة ودوافع خروجها إلى ميدان العمل ثانيا المشاركة المجتمعية أنواعها وصورها وأنماطها والمعوقات التي تقف أمامها وثالثا تطرقنا إلى المرأة والمشاركة المجتمعية وجاء فيه الواجبات الأسرية والمهنية للمرأة العاملة ودورها في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية ودورها الأساسي في المجتمع والمجالات التي شاهدنا مشاركة المرأة فيها، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد كان مكان الدراسة بالجمعية القرآنية رحمة للعالمين بولاية تيا رت، إستخدمنا أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في الملاحظة المقابلة والإستبيان على عينة عددها 30 عاملة توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج تمثلت بأن للمرأة دور مهم وفعال في المجتمع وانها عامل أساسي في تكوينه وتطويره ولها دور كبير في المشاركة المجتمعية وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أبرزها ضرورة إشراك المراة في مختلف مناحي الحياة الإجتماعية الإقتصادية والسياسية ومشاركتها إلى جانب الرجل في مختلف المسؤوليات |
| Description: | The current study aims to identify women and community participation, that is, to the roles that women play within society, whether at home or when they go out to work, through presenting the entrance and formulating the problem of the study, as well as the questions and concepts of the study and determining the importance and objectives of this study. In the theoretical aspect, we first touched on a historical overview For the emergence and development of women’s work and the motives for her exit to the field of work. Secondly, community participation, its types, forms, patterns, and the obstacles that stand in front of it. Thirdly, we touched on women and community participation, and it stated the family and professional duties of working women and their role in the process of socialization and their basic role in society and the areas in which we saw women’s participation. The applied side, the place of the study was in the Qur’anic Society, Mercy to the Worlds, in the state of Tiaret. We used the study tools represented in the interview observation and the questionnaire on a sample of 30 female workers. We reached some results represented that women have an important and effective role in society and that they are an essential factor in its formation and development, and they have a major role in community participation. The study came out with several recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need to involve women in various aspects of social, economic and political life and their participation alongside men in various responsibilities. |
