dc.description	Ojective of the currentstudy : entitedfamilypressures and their impact on workingwomenwhichwasconducted on a sample of mothersworking in the field of education andregarding the primarystage to know the impact of family pressures from the requirement of the home, husband and children on the performance of workingwomenthisisdone bay answering the main questions of : how family pressures affect women'swork ? And if weincludeunderthis questions threesub-questions respressented in : 1. How the demands of the husband and marrid life affect herperformance at woek ? 2. How the demands of the hause affect their performance at woek ? 3. the demands of the sons affect their performance at woek ? and thenwedefined the hypotheses of study to include a main hypothesisrepresented in : Family pressures affect the decline in the performance of workingwomen. Uniderthishypothesis, threesub-hypotheseswereincluded : Husband'sdemands affect the decline in the performance of working. The demends of the house of food, drik and cleaning affect decline in the performmance of workingwomen. Sons demands affect the decline in the performance. In addition to presenting the reasons for choosing the topic and the objectives of the study and its importance, with the presentationof all the concepts related to the stady and the presentationof previousstadiesthattheyaddressed (social changr) and famillywedealtwith the theorises of the study and thisregarding the first cgapter. As for the second chapter, wedealtwith the first variable, whichisfamily pressures, but beforeabbressingit, itsfumctions and importance, family relations and the differentsrolrswithin a family, and thenwetouched on the variable of ourstudysowelearned about familypressures and their types and causes and consequences	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الحالية بعنوان الضغوط الأسرية وتأثيرها على المرأة العاملة والتي أجريت على عينة من الأمهات العاملات في سلك التعليم وبالخصوص في الطور الابتدائي. إلى معرفة أثر الضغوط الأسرية من متطلبات البيت والزوج والأبناء على أداء المرأة العاملة وذلك من خلال الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي المتمثل في: كيف تؤثر الضغوط الأسرية على عمل المرأة؟ وإندرج تحت هذا السؤال الأسئلة الفرعية التالية السؤال الرئيسي: كيف تؤثر مطالب الزوج والحياة الزوجية على أدائها في العمل؟ كيف تؤثر مطالب البيت على أدائها في العمل؟ كيف تؤثر مطالب الأبناء على أدائها في العمل؟ ومن ثم قمن بتحديد فرضيات الدراسة بحيث شملت فرضية رائسية تمثلت في: تؤثر الضغوط الأسرية على تراجع أداء المرأة العاملة	en_US
